I called TruClean out after 2 other carpet cleaners could not get the stubborn stains out of my carpet. After one carpet cleaner was finished it actually looked like he was cleaning with dirty water, because my carpet looked dirtier after he was done. When I called TruClean, not only were they early, but they got all of the stubborn stains out of my white carpet and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use them again and have already referred them to 2 of my friends!
