following victory in the C5 3,000m individual pursuit.
Making her the most successful female GB Paralympian of all time.
Silver lining for German Judo twins
Carmen and Ramona Brussig fail to defend their Paralympic titles
but both take silver after losing in their respective finals.
Ibrahim Hamadtou fulfils his Paralympic dream
The Egyptian lost both arms in a train accident when he was 10.
