Brasil dando um show

The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) is partnering with its Worldwide Paralympic Partner Samsung to provide 30 leading athletes the chance to record exclusive behind-the-scenes video blogs during the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, where they share their everyday training and struggles.

Petrucio Ferreira only began racing in para-athletics in 2014 but the Brazilian has already shown that he’s got what it takes to compete – and win - on the big stage, clinching double sprint gold at the Parapan Am Games in Toronto, Canada in August 2015. His winning time of 10.77 in the 100m T47 was the second fastest time of the year behind Poland’s world champion Michal Derus. Expect a thrilling race when the pair finally meet on the track in 2016.
