Wounded in rebel east Ukraine struggle to obtain prosthetics

Yulia Mikhailova considers herself lucky after surviving a shell strike on a trolley that killed 15 people in war-scarred Ukraine's pro-Russian rebel eastern bastion of Donetsk in January 2015. But the 25-year-old lost a leg and an arm and can now only get about with the help of friends due to a lack of prosthetic limbs in the insurgent-held territory.
