Bob Dylan sends speech for Nobel ceremony

Bob Dylan won't be at the Nobel prize ceremony this week to accept his award, but he has sent along a speech to be read aloud, the Nobel foundation said Monday. Last week, Dylan passed on another Nobel formality, skipping Obama’s meet-and-greet for American Nobel Prize winners. The official Twitter feed of the Nobel prize announced on Monday morning that Dylan, this year’s laureate in literature, had provided a speech “which will be read at the Nobel banquet in Stockholm December 10”.
