Rust Exploit ▶ REPAIR SALVAGED TOOLS FOR FREE! | Pickaxe and Hatchet Glitch (Rust Component System)
Just a brief video documenting the newly discovered Free Repairs Glitch in the Rust Component System Update. Currently, this exploit of the Rust game allows you to repair the durability of Salvaged Pickaxes and Salvaged Hatchets without having to spend any materials on the repairs. The salvaged tools still degrade like normal, and can only be repaired for a limited number of times, but the ability to repair these costly salvaged tools for free opens up all kinds of possibilities for pickaxe raiding and farming resources very quickly. Any repair bench in Rust works for the free repairs glitch and since salvaged tools often drop out of the crates and barrels in rad towns and warehouses, I can see people farming up a ton of crap very quickly if they run the right circuits around the Rust map. This should also help solo players immensely since it will allow them to spend more metal fragments on base defense and allow them to make a base much more quickly. I'm hoping this one lasts a while so we can take full advantage of it, but I'm sure this will be removed as soon as this video, or any other post about this topic gets noticed. I'm hoping I'm one of the first to mention this, but I doubt it, lol. Anyways, besides an explanation and/or tutorial on how to use the free repairs for salvaged tools exploit glitch in the rust component system update, we also demonstrate the effectiveness of this glitch during pick raiding and manage to guess a door code by complete accident.
