Koala's Quest for Sleep Disrupted by Pesky Currawong

We all appreciate a good sleep. But this koala in Mt Murray, NSW, was robbed of some much-needed snooze time by an irksome and noisy currawong wanting to play.Phil Harrison shared this footage from November 14, where a koala nestled up against a tree is continuously awoken by the bird. The video shows the koala waving off the cheeky currawong, which appeared unwilling to yield.
