The purpose of our lives is the good will of God
ADNAN OKTAR: Music is a great way to express good moral values. So is painting, the art of painting. Likewise, sculpting is also a great way to express love, passion, fondness through reliefs and sculptures. Literature is also a great way to express them. People should make the most of their times. It would be wrong to think, "People do it anyway" and sit lazily and lead a life of pleasure; because every life will be taken one day. The life you grew and shaped scrupulously will wither away under the ground. Some people do body building to the point of devotion. They virtually live for their bodies, pleasure and comfort. They think that doing so will give them comfort. Whereas the life is short, no matter what you do, no matter what healthy herbs or food you eat, no matter what vitamins you take, your life will not be longer than what is possible; which is short.
Our friends strive and serve with all their strength for the sake of God. They distribute books all day long. And some people sit back and slack off. They live and indulge in their own worlds. They seek to cause mischief, cause disorder and dissent among Muslims. Some of them advocate Darwinism, materialism and believe that they can stop the Muslims and their faith-related activities. They exploit politics, resort to regionalism, or racism to be able to set people against each other. God specifically creates all sorts of turmoil as a trial for believers.
YASİN: Mr. Oktar, God commands in the Quran, "Do not let those who have no certainty belittle you."

Life is not to be cherished; it is to be spent in the cause of God. "Who cares what they do? I will just laze around, play games, play pool, talk about football, go to movies, go have a drink in the pub and enjoy myself." Syria, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan; the whole region is a bloodbath. In an atmosphere where blood is flowing like a river, such mentality of indifference is horrible. No one has the luxury to remain indifferent to death. No one can feign ignorance, since it is reported on TV day and night. We witness such disasters every single day. Normally, when one witnesses such a disaster, he should strive with all his strength to save those people. This is what a person with a normal conscience does. If that does not concern him, this is a sign of sickness.
