Showtek: “It's An Honor To Work With Major Lazer”

Dutch house duo Showtek is no stranger to crossover hits. Two years ago they scored big with Bad, a collaboration with DJ David Guetta. Now they aim to do the same with the track Believer. Brothers Sjoerd and Wouter Janssen, who make up Showtek, worked with Major Lazer on Believer almost two years ago, but their busy schedules only allowed the track to be released now. “Diplo loved what we were doing, like Booyah, which has a reggae base but with a European feel. It's rare to come up with something fresh and new so he liked that. Soundwise you ask if it's still relevant but a good song is a good song.”
