Santos says new peace agreement could be ready before the end of November

Bogotá (Colombia), Oct 28 (EFE) - (Camera: Edwin Morales) Colombian government and the FARC must be ready before the end of Nove mber, said President Juan Manuel Santos in an exclusive interview with Agencia EFE.
"We have started over a process that should end soon, in the coming weeks, not months but weeks, to make peace effective as soon as possible," said the President, referring to the support he has received from the international community, especially those participating on Thursday in the XXV Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government.
When asked if he will announce to the world the new agreement during the Nobel award ceremony next December 10, the president declined to give dates but said it could happen earlier.
