UP coal with messed up horn at rochelle

Me? Me? Of course, this would wake up any railfan. Since i have no idea what kind of horn it is and why all the wierd sounding horns are mounted on union pacific raod numbers 9000-9999 and it just gets really annoying listening to that kind of horn after a while. (though it is very interesting)
