Derrick Rose cleared of all charges in sexual assault civil trial

Derrick Rose was cleared of all charges Wednesday in a civil lawsuit by a woman who alleged the former and two friends raped her. A Los Angeles jury reached the verdict in favor of Rose, 28, Randall Hampton, and Ryan Allen who the woman said she was drugged by during a night of drinking and then raped after the trio broke into her apartment. The panel of six women and two men found enough evidence to reject the woman's claims as she had been in a relationship with Rose at the time of the late night encounter in 2013.
