Donald Trump defends his controversial hot mic video as "locker room talk"

During the second presidential debate on Sunday night, moderator Anderson Cooper asked Donald Trump to address the controversial hot mic video, in which the Republican nominee bragged about sexually assaulting women.
That is sexual assault, You bragged about sexually assaulting women.
Do you understand that?
It was locker room talk.
I’m not proud of it.
I apologized to my family.
I apologized to the American people.
I’m certainly not proud of it, but this is locker room talk.
Trump then pivoted and said his remarks were insignificant given the state of the world and the existence of ISIS.
He went on to repeat again that it was "locker room talk," before adding, "I will knock the hell out of ISIS."
