This Agra village adopted by DM has never seen a DM

The scenario is one of government proposes bureaucracy disposes. District Magistrate has adopted a village in Agra under the state nutrition mission. The purpose of the mission is to reduce cases of mal nutrition among children. However villagers are waiting for DM to come some day and find out the reality of the scheme on ground.
