MAVERICKS DEFENSE AND BENCH KEY IN WIN OVER WARRIORS

Dallas Mavericks Dirk Nowitzki went 11-of-19 from the field against the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday and tallied 22 points to go along with six rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block as the Mavericks defeated the Warriors 103-99.
Dallas had six players score in double figures and the Mavs bench outscored the Warriors' bench, 43-13.

Warriors point guard Stephen Curry went 6-of-10 from 3-point range and tallied a game-high 29 points to go along with four rebounds and a team-high eight assists in 42 minutes. He committed six turnovers however, the same total recorded by the entire Mavericks' team.

David Lee (20 points and a game-high 12 rebounds) and Klay Thompson (20 points and 10 boards) both recorded 20-10 games for Golden State. Andrew Bogut finished two points shy of a double-double with eight points and 10 boards.
