The Dallas Cowboys benched quarterback Matt Cassell early in the first half for back up Kellen Moore who made his NFL debut and completed 15-of-25 passes for 158 yards with one touchdown and three interceptions. Moore’s first career touchdown pass came in the second quarter on a 10-yard strike to Dez Bryant but it wasn't enough as the Dallas offense continued to sputter as the were defeated by the New York Jets 19-16.
