God is taking a chance on you and giving you a portion of the spirit, he is tithing towards u now. As u give up more territory or die to self, he gives u more spirit. The Holy Spirit is a precognitive ability to be able to perform a function, and that function is best performed by a vessel that is totally him, not just surrendered, but becomes Him.
