Info from Licensor: I was traveling home from Fillmore CA on SR 23 through Grimes Canyon during an usually heavy downpour. The roadway was beginning to show standing water as I approached a turn, I lucky slowed out of instinct and was greeted by a torrent of water and debris-- a harrowing experience. I remained calm and quickly backed my vehicle to outpace the flash flood and turn around. Fortunately, I was successful. I waved off several vehicles after I turned around." - Mark Chagaris
