Police Deploy Spike Strip During Car Chase

Info from Licensor: "I was driving to Barry,Ontario. On my way, a friend and I got pulled over from what looked to be a ride check and the office said "pull over to the side there is A oncoming pursuit, so I pulled out my camera and recored it. The car that they where chasing we where worried that they would swerve and hit us but they ran over the spikes and stopped 20 seconds after hitting them."
