Throughout the month of August, all eyes were on Rio de Janeiro, the first South American city to host the Olympic Games. Foreigners and Brazilians alike flocked to the beachy city turned sports mecca to watch athletes from 206 delegations, including a refugee team, compete. But behind the golds and the glory, problems were plenty, leaving many to wonder what the Rio 2016 legacy will ultimately be.
