The Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared ISIS as the "likely perpetrator" of an attack that killed 50 people at a wedding in the nation's southeast.
He also said the suicide bomber was between 12 and 14 years old.
The death toll from the Gaziantep attack rose to 50 early Sunday, according to the local governor's office.
The bride and groom were among the injured, although their condition was not critical, official says.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, which also injured 94 others.
