The Chiefs lose by allowing a 37 yard touchdown pass with successful two point conversion as time expired. They finished with 329 yards of offense with 135 on the ground on 29 carries. KC looked at all five quarterbacks in camp with no notable performances. The Chiefs allowed 358 yards to the Seattle offense with 248 yards passing.

LA Rams are 1-0 in the preseason following the 28-24 home victory to the Dallas Cowboys as a -5 point favorite. The total went over 35 ½ points. The Rams came back from a 24-7 halftime deficit. The team gained 373 yards of offense with 139 rushing on 25 carries. Sean Mannion led the second half comeback under center hitting on 18 of 25 passes for 147 yards with a touchdown and pick. Malcolm Brown a second year man out of Texas rushed for 66 yards on eight carries. LA allowed 335 yards to the Cowboys offense with 230 passing.
