Rio 2016: Olympics prompt passport swapping debate

Citizenship swapping by athletes ahead of the Rio Olympic Games is being questioned. The athletics governing body, IAAF, is not so comfortable with nationality switches and wants to address the matter at its council meeting in Rio on Saturday.
