Home Made Oreo Balls-Oreo Chocolate Balls
1.With hands ,break some Oreo including the cream.Place them in a blender or food processor
2.Then close the blender and grind cookies for 30 seconds until the cookies have become as a kind of fine grit
3.Then put them in a bowl.You can grind in two sessions if no of cookies is large
4.Once done,add cream cheese(Philadelphia style).
5.Mix both ingredients until get a homogeneous dough
6.Then,take about a tablespoon of dough.Give ball shape with hands and put on a tray with parchment paper
7.When all balls are made,put the tray in the freezer for about an hour
8.One hour later,place a small pot over another large one with hot water and in the small pot,
put chocolate(white or your choice). Let it melts.It can also be melted in the microwave
9.Once melted,put a ball in the chocolate and coat it well.Do this step very quickly,so that the ball does not thaw in chocolate then return the ball to parchment paper and repeat until all balls are coated
10.Once done,place them in the fridge for a minimum of three hours.At the end you will get
a crispy ball by the chocolate layer
