Rajan: The Final Act

It was Raghuram Rajan's last policy review as the RBI governor, and it was status quo as expected. The Central Bank left interest rates unchanged and the tone was dovish. The policy stance remains accomodative despite the rising risk of higher inflation, and the estimate for value-added economic growth unchanged at 7.6 percent.
