CAT Tool vs Manual Translation

Some documents are better translated with a Computer Assisted Tool, while others provide best results if not translation tool is used. With CATs, the original text will be overwritten by the translated text in the final clean/target file. Yet, only unclean/bilingual files can be checked with QA verifiers.
