The video, filmed in the Maryland, USA on July 1, shows the new mother stretching out over her five-month-old baby while her five-year-old Rhodedian Ridgeback, Romeo, joins in.
The mother later wrote online: "As a new mom it's not always easy to find the time for my yoga practice, but when I involve my baby and dog things get interesting.
"A true family yoga experience!"
