Albinos look for safety on Tanzania's Ukerewe Island

Ukerewe, an island off the coast of Tanzania, is known as a refuge for people with albinism in the country. Surrounded by water, security is tight on the island and albinos feel protected against the risk of being attacked for their body parts.
