Lindy flirts with a young veterinarian named Dr. Scott Gabriel while having the foster dog she is taking care of receive a checkup. Lindy asks Dr. Gabriel on a date. He accepts the offer and they soon become a romantic couple. Logan starts to hang out with Scott and become close, which makes Lindy jealous, and Lindy and Logan fight over spending time with Scott. Later, Scott breaks up with Lindy and stops hanging out with Logan due to Lindy and Logan's fighting, which led to his shoulder becoming dislocated.
