Police use foot basin to help child cross flooded street

Footage has emerged from China of police officers using a foot basin to help a child cross a flooded street.

The video, captured in Wuhu, Anhui Province last Sunday, shows officers holding the foot basin with a child in it above the floodwater, while they try and take the youngster to dry land.
