Huge storm brings flooding to Terrigal Surf Lifesaving Club, Australia

Dramatic footage has emerged of huge waves brought by a storm on the eastern coast of NSW, Australia.

The video, shot in Terrigal on Sunday night, shows the waves breaking in front of the town's Surf Lifesaving Club and flooding the building.

The filmer wrote online: "An extreme low pressure system has caused strong winds, torrential rain, powerful waves and flooding.

"Low lying areas have been evacuated and Emergency services have received thousands of calls".
