LAPD Chief: Two men killed in UCLA murder-suicide

Two men were shot dead in an apparent murder-suicide on the UCLA campus Wednesday morning, LAPD Chief Charlie Beck confirmed. "The important thing for people to take away from this, is the campus is now safe,” Beck told reporters. The shooter was one of the two men killed inside a small office in the campus’ engineering complex. The shooting, which led to a campus lockdown just after 10 a.m., prompted a massive response from local and federal law enforcement.
