First baby born with Zika in New Jersey Hospital

A baby girl delivered on Tuesday at a New Jersey hospital was born with the Zika virus, the mosquito-borne disease The mother contracted the virus in Honduras, her home country and she had previous knowledge that she was carrying the virus The baby was underweight for the gestational age, so the doctors delivered that baby She was born with severe microcephaly.  She seems to be the first baby in the Northeast to be born with Zika
