Rananda is teaching from A Course In Miracles, chapter 30: The New Beginning, section VIII. Changeless Reality. Appearances deceive, but Reality is changeless. Being deceived means that you see what you want to see and you hear what you want to hear, rather than experiencing Reality. That that changes is not real.
