Phantom Cowboy is a delightfully campy western adventure. Ted Wells stars as Bill Collins, a regular Joe cowboy who startlingly encounters a man who looks exactly like him committing crimes! Not only that, but another fearsome criminal is at war with the bizarre double, and can’t tell him apart from Wells. Made by the infamously crooked director Robert J. Horner, Phantom Cowboy is an unintentionally funny picture that approaches Ed Wood levels of ridiculousness.
