I am captured this seen yesterday at Jinnah avenue Islamabad where you also seen a police man who run fast motorbike with out helmet and with out any vehicle number plate if that one happen any civilian person then Islamabad traffic police never never forgive this person and give her a challan chit on his hand but no traffic officer take a notice to this guardians who brake the law.
