In Bagh AJK, Tehsildar of town Yasir Shah along BDA officer Neroz Khan and patwari of jurisdiction are harassing, misusing their authority and vandalizing the property of innocent people.Despite fulfilling all required procedures namely NOC BDA, Forestry,roads and likes the above mentioned officials on bases of their vested interest and rift against the owner of market on by pass road Bagh AJK,demolished his newly constructed shops without any prior legal notice or reason.Earlier Tehsildar Yasir Shah compelled the owner to bribe a huge sum of Rs 4 lakh which he couldn't accomplish.It's hereby requested that PM/President, chief justice ,and other officials of regulatory authorities of state and Pakistan take notice of this issue and bring the culprits to justice .
