Arabesque était un célèbre groupe allemand de disco formé en 1977, constitué de Sandra Cretu (qui joignit le groupe en 1979), Jasmin Vetter et Michaela Rose. Après une séparation en 1984, Jasmin Vetter et Michaela Rose continuèrent en tant que groupe "Rouge", tandis que Sandra Cretu démarra sa carrière dans le groupe « Sandra » avec Michael Cretu.
