I dont know if this is common knowledge, but thanks to my friend Sarao I learned that spamming a simple quick 2 hit punch move is the best way to beat the last .
Muggy edit- I am quite positive a golden Azazel can only be encountered randomly. Only appears in Arcade Battle. You can still check what game settings I had .

Just keep using Jack-6s flying attack (or w.e you wanna call it) I was playing on ultra hard mode here.
