Hi guys! This is my new show “Pop Star Treats” and Im showing you how to make fudge inspired by Bruno Mars Uptown Funk. With this easy fudge recipe youll be able to make pink fudge with little fedoras!\r

♡ EASY FUDGE RECIPE ♡ \r
- Make sure you have an adult to supervise you at all times while cooking! \r
- Uptown Fudge: White Chocolate Fudge w/ Marshmallows \r
\r
FUDGE RECIPE \r
Ingredients: \r
2 Cups Granulated Sugar \r
1 Cup Evaporated Milk\r
3 Tablespoons Butter\r
2.5 Cups Mini Marshmallows\r
2.5 Cups White Chocolate Chips\r
1 Teaspoon Pink Food Coloring \r
\r
Directions:\r
Stir sugar, evaporated milk, and butter together over medium until all ingredients are dissolved and come to a boil. About 5 min. \r
The perfect fudge forms at 234 degrees.\r
Remove from heat and add in mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and pink food coloring and stir all together.\r
Have your parent help you scrape the fudge into a parchment paper lined baking tray.\r
Place fudge in fridge for 2 hours.\r

MARSHMALLOW FEDORA\r
Ingredients: \r
Black Fondant Icing \r
White Fondant Icing\r
Large Marshmallows\r
\r
Directions:\r
Use circle cookie cutter to cut 9 circles out of the white fondant icing. \r
Place one marshmallow in the center of each white fondant icing circle. \r
Then cut thin strips of black fondant icing and wrap them around where the white icing meets the marshmallow. \r
Place one on top of each piece of fudge once the fudge is cooled. \r
