On Monday, it was confirmed that Dog Whisperer star Cesar Millan will NOT be facing animal cruelty charges after being investigated by the Los Angeles County Animal Control The celebrity dog trainer had been under investigation after a February episode on his show, Cesar 911, showed a dog attacking a pig during a training session and it sparked an online petition calling for the show to be canceled
