Holding animation loop, seen on the on-set monitor on the ITV Lunchtime News and used during regional news bulletins. This particular example is from 2003, when, for the first time, regional news was incorporated into the national bulletin: a short-lived arrangement. This is the output of the studio at ITN, which remained on the network feed while stations output their own programmes from local studios.
