We teamed up with none other than the Insta-Superfood-Artist, Lee from America, to create this amazing breakfast recipe that basically doubles as dessert (zero questions asked!). Ingredients:
Gluten free bread
2 bananas
Peanut butter
Maple Syrup
Coconut Oil
Coconut flakes

Instructions:

1. Cut the bananas lengthwise, lay flat on a baking sheet and coat with coconut oil and maple syrup.
2. Broil at 425 for 15-20 minutes, keep checking to make sure they don't burn!
3. Toast your bread, spread peanut butter, add your banana then sprinkle coconut flakes and drizzle more maple syrup.
4. VOILA!
