The movie "The Men in Black" was made after people who encountered real extraterrestrials. The CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) have a small anonymous group that work for a highly evolved human/extraterrestrial hybrid humanoid. The agents are psychopaths who are extremely intelligent and skilled and work above the law.
