Apple has now responded to a study published in JAMA Internal Medicine by updating Siri's responses to emergencies like rape The study found that the iPhone's conversational agent, as well as those found in other smartphones, offered inconsistent and incomplete responses Other statements, like "I am being abused," were not recognized Siri now responds with a link to the National Sexual Assault Hotline
