Here is the first Second-final of the World Song Contest 4, held in the host city of Seoul, South Korea. 20 countries are participating in the Second semi-final, but only 10 will win a spot in the Grand Final. Along with the semi-final 2 participants, Host Country Ireland,France & Germany are also required to vote in this semi-final.
