They are on a racing track where one of these dogs, Porter, is showing how he succeeds to drive and turn the steering wheel by listening to her owner's indications.
The organisation is working in partnership with the brand Mini Austin. Dogs that have been thought how to drive are abandoned and/or badly treated dogs.
