Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice coming out later this week, so we thought it would be a great time to talk about the strange, absurd, and sometimes terrible parts of the Superman movies from the 70s and 80s!

It seems that sometimes nostalgia makes us overlook some huge character flaws, plot holes, and terrible decisions in movies we loved in our youth. When it comes to the Christopher Reeve Superman movies it’s hard for many people to admit just how silly they are and look past how dark they can be. By taking a look at some of the super flaws in those superman movies maybe you’ll start to see Man of Steel in a new light.
