The story. While The Punisher is doing his thing, he finds out about a big conspiracy that involves politicians, cops and criminals. A rich billionaire (Ian McShane) is running a sex trade operation, as girls under the age 18 are getting kidnaped and being turned sex slaves for very rich people. The girls are being “ready” to see the “clients” by a sadist (Michael Pitt). And there is a corrupt cop (Lennie James) who works for the operation. Another cop (Rachel Weisz) learns about the whole thing, and she tries to uncover the conspiracy and save the girls, but she soon learns that the whole thing goes very deep, and sometimes you have to go outside the law, you need a Punisher to stat shooting people!
