New Delhi, Mar 19 (ANI): On the day third of the Amazon India Fashion Week Autumn Winter 2016, Divyam Mehta presented an ensemble of menswear, called 'Into The Woods'. His collection has been inspired from the modern globetrot, who travels across cultures and time zones, and different environments to celebrate his diverse experiences. The garments featured earthy hues to harmoniously form shibori patterns, wood block prints, 3D fabric textures, hand quilting and kantha work. The collection included samurai trousers, carrot trousers, gilets (Nehru jackets), trench bandhgalas, double-breasted suits, desert boots and sneakers. The palate comprised mud red, moss green, mud browns, rock black, ochre, umber, burnt sienna and deep indigo. The designs were a combination of Japanese fabrics, silks, merino wool, linen knits and khadi denims. Hand quilting with traditional kantha embroidery in wood grain patterns, shibori silk used in a clamped state for a 3d bark like texture.The third day of Amazon India Fashion Week Autumn-Winter 2016 in association with Maybelline New York was dominated by menswear show where in one of the shows, along with Divyam Mehta, Ujjwal Dubey under the label of Antar Agni and Rohit Kamra presented their exclusive men collection.
